Following months of judging and a long and drawn out week of stressing following our shortlisting, Fresh Egg are absolutely thrilled to be able to announce that we are winners in the 2009 Econsultancy Innovation Awards!
The judging panel included some of Econsultanty’s in-house internet gurus as well as an international panel of third party experts and it was agreed by them all that the standard of the hundreds of entries was extremely high and that the winners were picked for their innovation either in creative terms or pure technology. We won this prestigious award in the “Innovation in Web Analytics and Optimization” category for our CallTrackID tool. Our commiserations of course go out to the other companies who were shortlisted in the same category as us, these being Wingify, Speed-Trap and Winfigy.
The judges declared that: “Call tracking is essential to measuring the impact of a marketing campaign, and this is a simple and awesome solution. The web doesn’t really get credited as much as it should for its sales and leads, this is due partly to the fact that the offline impact isn’t easy to see. The brilliant part of all of this is that Fresh Egg have developed not only something that is very clever, but quite easy for it’s end users.
CalltrackID¢ is a “mash up” between a proven free tool (Google Analytics) and existing Telecoms technology the merging of SEO and telecommunications to enable the tracking of leads and data that were previously invisible.
Coming on the back of our recent confirmation as a Google Analytics Authorised Consultant (GAAC) which followed intense scrutiny of our credentials in analytics and consultancy, this award further demonstrates Fresh Egg’s competence and familiarity with the full range of Google Analytics features. It also showcases our expertise in extending and enhancing those capabilities and features through the introduction of CallTrackID¢.
